a legal pad (yellow note pad) to my husband in Lancaster?

Usually you can send any blue lined paper. But they ask for you to remove the cardboard on the back. Paper is expensive to send anyways. Double check with the institution. So many have their own rules.
In Tehachapi I sent him regular white/blue lined. It cost almost $4.00 for a $.50 package of paper. They sent it back and said not allowed! Yet, Corcoran you can. Go figure.

You do need to find out if they have specific rules, but I send about 20 pages at a time and it costs about $2.00. I have sent yellow legal paper, but again it depends on the institution.

Yeah at Lancaster you can send yellow lined paper. Only 20-25 at a time though, but trust me he should get it. I've gotten letters written on those pages I've sent. :)
