My husband will be released on home incarceration from the half-way house tomorrow. I was given a paper a long time ago with a list of things that federal prisioners are entitled to upon release, but I have no idea where the paper is. I think it had things on it like money from the social security office, loans they could get etc...Does anyone know anything about this?

That is a scheme that has been going around for at least 12 years that I know of. There is a federal bonding program for felons and different states might have a program or two for tools and such for newly released felons, but no grants, social security, disability, etc are available just because you are released from prison. Sorry.
