When my husband was in jail he had someone draw a portirat of my daughter... He made it on a sheet, in only pencil, and if I could scan the photo of her he made if from.. I think the reactions would be as mine was. I have no clue who this guy is & my hubby doesn't remember.. But who ever he is, I can't say thank you enough. So here's the photo. Of course I framed it & hung it up too ;) I just can't put into words still to this day how exact this drawing is of that photo. To the shape of her teeth, to the way I had her hair, to the lipgloss I put on her & he even got the shimmer in the middle of her lips, to the shape of her eyes.. It's just uncanny. This guy was in Nassau County NY facility.

That is very good. The guy is very talented. I can see so much detail and even with such crude utensils. I wonder if he had proper instruments what he could do.

He really did a beautiful job! Perhaps posting this somewhere in the NY forum, might help you locate the artist or maybe checking if there are any other women with a loved one in that prison.

wow that is stunning real talent thier..I just love prison artwork cause thier are a talented artist in prison and they can really draw...Again stunning drawin everything my baby draws I hang up in the bedroom I know when he gets home I will have a shrine to all his artwork:)
