Hello. Just want to clarify. While visiting do the guys need to raise their hands to give their loved one a kiss and how is it inside visitng. Does everyone get to go out to the patio or just some classified guys??? My husband is driving me crazy with these questions.

I Heard Atleast In C Yard, I Was Told That Patio Tables Are Assigned. Which Is Not Fair, Cus I Guess You Got To Get There Late To Get One I Guess. I Have Never Heard In Any Prison Having To Raise Your Hand Up For A Kiss Jijji.

No, you don't need to raise your hand. The visiting is bad!! Alot of the girls will tell you it's good, but I have visited 7 prisons and this one by far the worst!! But, you can make the best of it. Your loved one will not be able to walk around or go to the vending machines. And you'll be sitting at a little table. The outside patio is only for inmates who are not closed custody and depending on what yard it is, they'll only open it when the main visiting room is full. So basically, once your in the patio, your visit will be terminated any where from 1/2 - 1 hour depending on how full the room is. And yes, it's assigned seating.

I guess there was no dayroom today because I didn't get my phone call :broken:. He told me that might happen because of a staff shortage, but it still makes me sad.

No, I have never been to Salinas, just CTF. But, in terms of the carline :( Lancaster is better ( that is the only part!!) As for visiting, you'll be able to handle it!!

I would get in the carline between 8:30-9:00am. You'll get into visiting around 11:00-11:30am.

Yes! I received a letter from my friend Saturday saying there is talk about being transferred to Donovan.

i spoke with the counselor in c yard yesterday who confirmed it, they are being transfered to donovan

My first visiting form was denied becuase of a failure to appear that I went to court for and cleared up. now i am waiting on word so I can go visit my husband who is in reception. The Move To Donovan Is Starting This Monday 10-23-05 And They Should All Be In Donovan By The Beginning Of November

The Man Show in Prison is coming on this wedsday the 24th on Comedy G4!! This is the episode where Jimmy and Adam vist Lancaster. I usually hate the man show. I only watch this one episode because my man is the one they interview in the kitchen.

Does any one know what happens with the mail we send when they are transfered to Donovan? Do we get it sent back to us or do they send it to Donovan?

Anyone heard if the lockdown is over. I just recieved a letter from my man postmarked on thursday saying they were locked down because of some pieces found in a satelite kitchen. I guess it lasted thru the weekend because I didn't get my call :.(

I was wondering how visiting was this past weekend at Lancaster. I'm planning to go this Saturday to visit in "C" yard, and I was wondering if it's going to be crowded since they are moving them to Donovan. Any info. is very helpful.

This Past Saturday Was Nice!!!!! But I Heard Sunday Was Just As Bad As Other Weekends, I Got There At 930am And I Was There All Day, But Sunday You Would Have To Had Gotten There By 1030am To Not Get Kick Out, Sundays Are Crazyyyyyyyy, Saturdays Are Better. Good Luck, Just Get There For The 3 Group To Not Get Kick Out.

Ive been writting everyday and I do understand snail mail....but I live close to the prison and it only takes 1 day for his mail to get to me. yes, visiting is behind glass and you do need to make an appointment. It is for one hour only. I do not remember the exact phone number but i believe i put it in here before or it is in another thread.
