Yes, you can visit him. You only need to fill out the visiting application once every 24 months and it follows him every where as long as he's still in CA. The COs are very stick there, with everything. I would recomend for you to get there at like 10 that way you have more possibilities of staying until 3:30.

I heard that the camp list is about 20 pgs long right now. Which means that he will be at SCC for about 6+ months.
