This was forwarded to me and I DO NOT KNOW if it is accurate or not.. I just thought I would pass it on.. (grin)
If it is true, then it might actually benefit "authorized" phone use by inmates needing to make phone calls that are not just collect.

AGAIN.. Just passing on info.. Don't know if it is valid or not but I am sure anyone who is interested could find out.

How many have recieved a notice along with your phone bill?

Since it has been stated as "verified", do you think, collectively, these major phone companies are going to sit on such information?
