My hubby is already in federal custody in county waiting for placement, when can i start to send money western union? It's been 7 weeks since sentencing and i want to go ahead and send money western union, so it will be there for him when he is gets in BOP custody. But i dont know where he will be going yet. When can i go ahead and send money through Western union?

For each Western Union Quick Collect transaction, the following information must be provided:
1) Valid Inmate Eight Digit Register Number
2) Committed Inmate Name
3) Code City: FBOP
4) State code: DC
Since you don't need a facility location, it should get there without a problem.
