my husband mentioned to me once before of a good-time bill. does anyone know what that is- I wont see or talk to him Saturday- We are in New York State and this bill was suppose to be passed a few years back. One of the mayors that were running a few months ago was in favor of this bill.

Does it have something to do with a sentence reduction? How about for inmates that was convicted of a 3rd strike parole is 2016? Can I call anyone in NY State?
