My husband was deported once from the Usa. He has a 2 felonies on his record. He is now in custody for illegal re-entry to the Usa. Is there anything anyone could do? I am an American Citizen and we have 5 kids together that are also American Citizens. How can they seperate families like this? His felonies are non-violent.
