 Hello,
How is everyone and where is everyone? Anyways, I was wondering if anybody has had any experience with speaking to their loved one's counselor at Calipatria? My husband keeps telling me to call his and speak to him about things that I think the counselor should know. Like my husband doesn't want to be in there anymore, duh! ha ha ha
I don't know, he seems to think that if the counselor knows that he has his wife's full support that it might help to get him transferred or into some program, or I'm not even sure, but he keeps telling me that his cellie, or some other guy in here's girlfriend or wife talked to his counselor and blah, blah, blah. Yeah, I don't think that it's going to do him any good me blabbling at an already overworked, heavy caseloaded counselor about all of the things I love or know about my husband and well.........what's the point? Does anyone have any input on this? Thanks, Pam (Kappasalo)

I have spoken to my hubbys counselor a couple of times, but he is at Wasco, not Calipatria. He promptly called me back both times and was very pleasant. I was caliing with questions regarding the progress of our Family Visit application though. I'm not sure that just calling your husbands counselor to say good stuff about him will accomplish anything!
