Is there a website like bop.gov that tell you when an inmate is going to the hwh?? I was just wondering, i think my fiance will get a month of hwh hopefully. he is in duluth federal prison camp, his release date on bop.gov is 1/23/07, and he is telling me he will get out on 12/23/06 to go to the hwh but he isnt for sure until he meet with someone in october.

The date on BOP.gov gives the PRD (Projected Release Date) from BOP Custody. If you know the length of time between when he went inside and the PRD, he will be entitled to 10% of that time in the HWH. Up to a maximum of 6 mnths.

He will be given the date by his counselor when they call him in to sign the papers for the transfer. It wont be on the locator till he reports to the HH. They usually know about 30 days before, it is not that much of a security thing like a facility to facility transfer since they are going to community custody.
