I'm almost afraid to post this here, but I wasnt sure of where else I could put this under "Virginia." I just hope this helps a few of us that have had similiar questions.....

The reason I am posting this is because I see a lot of questions on how much time will someone get for a violation...etc...

Well my hubby is in for his 2nd violation (new charge). We just found out today that his Court date for his violation hearing is October 4th. Once I get the information, I will be glad to post again and let you know the outcome. This will be especially helpful for those who live in Virginia. For alllll Virginians know that the commonwealth state dont play. Not to mention "Hanover County" where he will be seeing the judge...oh and this wont be his first time. So I guess you can say were thinking the worst while hoping for the best.

His "new" charge sentence wont be until the 25th of Oct. So I'll sum it all up for you. I've been looking in the forums for this same exact question so I know how it feels to wonder! I hope this posting is okay. Regardless I WILL update everyone on the final outcome!

Update...6 months guys. We still have the new charge pending for this month on the 25th. Hopefully they'll run the time concurrent! Thanks for the support!

6 Months isn't too bad. They can give back all the time that was suspended, and then some. I know, any time is too dang long. *crossing my fingers* I hope things go well on the 25th!
