my husband got sent to california city I really want to go visit so he can see our new baby but I cant get them to pick up the phone when I try to call or find anything on the web can any one help?

Visitation Rules
A visit may not be authorized or may be terminated if at any time there appears to be a threat to the security of this facility. All visitors are subject to search and inspection of purses, briefcases, packages, etc. When a visitor refuses a search or an inspection of any item with them, a visit will not be permitted.
All visitors will be required to provide identification and complete all registration procedures prior to being authorized entrance into the visiting area.
Visitors will be escorted to the Visiting Room by a Staff Member and will be escorted from the Visiting Room to the Front Lobby area at the end of the visit.
Physical contact during the visit is limited to an embrace and a short kiss upon arrival and at the conclusion of the visit. Additional physical contact during the visit will result in termination of the visit and may jeopardize future visiting privileges.
Visitors may not give any item or money to an Inmate.
Minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who is a parent or legal guardian.
No purses, wallets, or handbags will be authorized to be brought into the Visiting Room.
Once a visitor leaves the Visiting Room, the visit will be terminated for that day.
Visitors are not authorized to visit with another Inmate and his family in the Visiting Room.
The Visiting Room Officer will designate the seating area for the visit.
The following items will be authorized in the Visiting Room for an Infant's care:
* A see-through Diaper Bag
* Six (6) Disposable Diapers
* A small container of baby wipes
* Four (4) clear bottles of pre-mixed formula, water, or juice
* Three (3) jars of unopened baby food
* A plastic serving spoon
* One (1) change of infants clothing, infant blanket and a pacifier.
ALL ITEMS WILL BE SEARCHED PRIOR TO ADMITTANCE INTO VISITING ROOM
Dress code for male visitors:
No jogging shorts
No hip huggers
No cut-off shorts
No shorts shorter than mid-thigh
Shirts will be worn at all times
No muscle shirts
No bare midriff shirts
No sleeveless shirts
No tank tops
No military clothing
Shoes shall be worn at all times
No shower shoes
No slippers
No hats
Dress code for female visitors:
No jogging shorts
No hip huggers
No cut-off shorts
No shorts shorter than mid-thigh
No skirts or dress shorter than mid-thigh when seated
No skirt or dress with slits which extend beyond mid-thigh when seated

Hi my bf is currently there. I see this is a really old post. I just wanted to share w you my sumilar situation. We also just had our second child, she is now three months old and has not seen her in person, only pictures :(

I can't wait till my bf leaves ca city ... :/
