no there is not a place to call, but unless you recieved a letter stating you could not visit. You should be okay. plus if you come more than so many hundred miles they will give you a visit because of that and then you will have to fix anything in your papers that prevents you from visiting. Your loved one will know if you were approved for visiting as well.

if you were approved at another state facility less than a year ago and he is still in a state facility, you should be able to visit. Plus you are traveling over 100 miles... that only works if you have not seen him in over 30 days.
