I was wondering if anyone knew how Drug court in Kentucky work! My fiance really needs the help and I wrote drug court and they said as long as his crime wasnt violent (witch it wasnt) and there were no weapons involved well thats were my dilemma comes! Josh broke into a house and one of the items he stole was a gun! The charged him with possesion of a handgun by a felon!! He never intended on usuing the gun his intentions were to sell it to make money to "buy pills"! I think that disqualifies him but i would appriciate some input!!
