you can take pics. up there, but your husband or boyfriend have to buy photo ticket (not too sure what they are called tickets or ducketts??). I can't remember if there's a limit, but you can take pictures up there. Hope this helps! Enjoy your visit

Yes you are able to take pictures now. You can buy tokens inside the lobby where the change machine is. They are like $3 or so. You will see two lines formed when waiting for your number to be called and you want to be in the line on the right (closest to the guard check in). Hope this helps.
