Hello everyone. Can someone please help me in trying to get my mother in law the correct glasses she needs. I have been on the phone getting the bs run around with this Janet Findley person but evidently that is not working either. She told me that everything was going to get taken care of and the next thing I know of my MIL still has the same glasses frame, that are stickered with "STOCK" and are too big for her face and has bruising and indentions in her face from the weight of them. I have been bs'd by Mrs. Findley for weeks and I am fed up with it. This is not about getting classier glasses as some women want, just a lighter frame either sent in which I have been told can be done, or have one gotten by the DOC. This is getting rediculous and I am getting fed up. Once again can anyone put me in the right direction about getting this taken care of without getting my attorney involved. Thanks in advance. Who is this Janet Findley person? Have you tried talking to the warden?

She is the Constituent Services person. She is the one that you are suppose to go to to get things done. But, I need someone above her to go to and the warden is NOT one of them. He is not nice to the inmates and runs the prison the way he wants to no matter what his bosses tell him to do.
