Ideally, yes. But the CDC is obligated (per Title 15 and their own DOM) to make "best efforts" to deliver mail to an inmate, as long as the name is legible, if you don't yet know his CDC # or location. I'd use his full name to eliminate as much ambiguity as possible. Good luck!

Strasse, Thank you for adding that. Sometimes they do go through without those #'s. It never hurts to try.

Is he going to the FTTF? Thats a different address than Old Folsom. I sent postcards and he got them within 3-4 days.

Actually I'm Not Sure, Yet. Since They Seem To Change All Of Sudden. All I Know Is That He Said Folsom.
