I mailed my friend who is at FMC Carswell a letter with a few stickers stuck on it today, and I am wondering if she will get it, or if they are really strict about stickerson letters over there.
Has anyone ever sent a letter with stickers to FMC Carswell, and had it accepted?

I know this question was directed at someone from or that knows about FMC Carswell, but a general rule of thumb would be not to add stickers. In general, they don't even really like the stamp on an envelope, but different guards follow different procedures.
Part of the reasoning behind this is what people have hidden under stamps and stickers in the past.. Namely, LSD.. Or codes, or whatever..
Hopefully someone will be along shortly to answer your question from first hand knowledge at Carswell.

It pretty much depends on whose in the mailroom and how close attention they are paying, but I agree the best thing to do is no stickers.
Just a thought...... If you want to introduce color for your friend just stick a pretty picture of mountains, the beach, sunrises, whatever you know they like or think they like. It is so drab in there with all the kakhi and grays that any little splash helps.

I send letters to my wife all the time with stickers on the letter and envelope. They go through fine.

It depends on who is doing the mail and if they are doing it right. I've seen postage stamps come through and then I've seen them made back. Just a luck of the draw. :D
