Hey, girlies, I'm taking the day off so thought I'd drop by and say a proper hello. Things have been so crazy for so long that I wonder if they'll ever settle down. Work is one fire after another, but I'm glad to be making some decent money again so I'm not complaining. My hubby is doing swell though hasn't gotten a letter from me because I haven't written in two weeks! :eek: So, I hope to find time to write a line or two today.

Loca, you hang tough, toots, and count down anything that makes you happy and gets you through. We're all here for each other always.

El, those days are dwindling fast! Be sure to post when there's 99 days left so we can to an interim dance of joy!

Patty poopers, I'm here all day today and will be doing laundry too if I ever get off the dime. Made my famous cafe mocha this morning so sitting here writing, sipping and smoking! :haha:

Hi everyone! Hope you all are enjoying a long weekend.

It is officially 2 weeks today that I had to say goodbye to my sweetie. :( And it's going to be at least another 3-4 months before I can visit him again. But hey we waited 10 years for that visit, what's a few months. I hate living so far away. I miss him lots.

What happens here might stay here, as our Vegas saying goes, but nothing is happening in my house. :D It's just a really quiet weekend at home.

Sher - i hope the 3/4 months goes by quickly for you. It's always so hard to be apart.

Pat - my café mocha is simple --

Brewed Coffee
Ghiradelli Sweet Ground Chocolate and Cocoa - 6-8 shakes from a shaker
Cinnamon - just a dash
Whipped Cream - as much as you want!

I'm a whipped cream freak so I usually fill a tall mug 3/4 of coffee, shake the chocolate and dash the Cinnamon and then squirt as much whipped cream as the mug can hold.

I've been so lazy today. Just now starting the laundry and it's 5:30p. Got a surprise call from the sweetie and he'll call back again tonight. :dance:

Hi how is everybody doing this evening? As for me well I'm walking on clouds because my baby surprised me and called me 4 times today! Lucky for him though because I got absolutely no mail last week! I let him have it to and even though he had a good explanation as to why I let him know its still no excuse to put pen to paper and write me a quick letter! Anyhow all is good I'm trying to figure out what to do for my big baby girl who will be 18yrs old on the 16th of this month? I have limited funds so any ideas would be greatly appreciated girls ! We did a special party for a friend of mines son, money was limited, so what we did was send out invitations we made on the puter and on the invite we asked that everyone, copy their favorite CD and bring it as a gift for her son...also had them bring their favorite picture of him and we put them in an album, it was nice!! Good Morning everyone! Well its Labor Day and you know what I'm gonna do ? A whole lot of nothin but relax and write my baby and maybe just maybe dye my hair but thats pretty much the extent of it .

Pat- You know what I think that is a really cool idea and if we have a party I'll consider it. But yesterday Sarah and I were talkin and she wants to get a tatoo now. I explained to her that her Dad isn't real happy with it and he would rather her wait til he comes home and can do it for her but you know how stubborn teenagers are .

Q- No sweetie he's still in the penthouse.:( He got a letter from his sister and she let him know that his uncle had passed so he was allowed phone privliges and thats how he was able to call. Believe me you will be the first to know when he gets outta there ! You know what though this time has been good for us as a couple , we've both learned aloot from being seperated. So even though it sucks its been good for us too.

Loc; you have so much going on, you are in my thoughts. Our Patrick just said that they are having fund raiser at school and the kids are auctioning off, "dedicated CDs" these are CDs kids have made for a friend, BF or GF or wanna be BF or GF, last year the year book staff made $400 doing this..these days the custom copied Cds are very popular, illegal but popular, lolo....what type of Tattoo does she want?? Is her dad a tattoo artist??

Pat- Your right about the cd thing amazing how much money can be made . As for Sarah's Dad yes he's a bomb tattoo artist but she just doesn't have the patience to wait and he's not at all happy with it but like I told him what am I going to do she's turning 18. She want a tattoo of winnie the pooh and a pot of honey at the end of a rainbow ...cute huh ?

Had a bit of a panic with my mail. The post office was holding my mail for the past 2 weeks, didn't give a reason why, only that it must have been an error. So I picked up all the mail on Saturday and was flooded with lots of love letters from my honey. You can imagine how happy I was and he already addresses them to me using his last name and we aren't even married yet. Isn't that sweet. Can't wait until he is able to call me though. Between letters and calls, the 3 month wait for our next visit won't seem so long.

Loca; Oh yes and the kids love to share ther special CD favorites, it is so cool. The kids here do it all the time...

Pooh and honey is cute!! My friend has a baby duck on her butt.

Sherri Hang in there, it is so frustrating. We have had such a bad time with the post office lately. I swear they raise the price and the service goes down the tubes!!! No one can tell us why the office mail is either not getting where we sent it or it takes 13 or 14 days to get there, the post office tells us that they can get mail anywhere in the united states in 8 days??? That is not true!! I wonder where some of the letters I send to KC in Mule Creek go..as he does not receive them all..I honestly think it is the Post office!

Welcome to the group. I was married in prison, what would you like to know???? There are a couple of us here in this group that married while our loved one was in.

Pat- It is hard to rely on the post office these days. I had to wait 2 weeks to get my mail due to their error and after reading my loved one's letters, he wasn't getting my letters until 8 days later. But I think we are back on track.

Liz- Sooner would be better. But a Xmas visit may have to do. It would be a nice gift for both of us.

Csherri: If you book now it would be a lot cheaper for you to come up. Just a thought and it would be a great surprise. If you are anything like me you won't be able to hold it in. I have a hard time surprising my love. =o)

Oh, there's so much I would like to know about being married while he is incarcerated....the pros and cons I guess. Ideally I would like to wait till he comes home and proves that changes are going to be made. I'm 40, already have been married for 20 years and don't want to make another mistake, which I don't think this is.....I just want it to be right, I pictured a wedding on a cruise! Not in prison...but it would mean so much to Ron to know we are married! Any advice?

Well I looked on your profile and you have about 1 1/2 years to go. That is nothing. I've known my husband for 23 years. We just got married in June and it was the best decision I ever made. I understand your feelings about making sure it's right and believe me you will know. I've been married twice before. Big mistakes, so I know the difference now. The only down side is that we didn't have our dream wedding, but does that really truly matter? I mean we could always renew our vows later. The other sucky part is that you don't get to go on your honeymoon right away. lol

We made it as special as we could and we got really creative. We make roses out of napkins (so I had a bouquet). Our wedding cake was shortcake, whip cream and strawberries. I seen another couple toast with soda. He removed my garder, we exchanged vows, rings, and we kissed just like any other wedding. I wore white and I had something blue. My wedding was so special because I married the right person this time.

I've had the big beautiful wedding and at the end wondered what the heck I did. Not a good feeling.

We waited a long time because I wasn't ready and I wanted to be sure. That day I was sure and I wasn't afraid, I knew without a doubt in my mind he is the one. =o) Make sure you are ready and your feeling of peace in your decision will be overwhelmingly good! =o)

As for me well still on cloud 9 because my baby managed to call me again yesterday and I have to say his timing was perfect because I spent the afternoon crying ..you know just one of those days where I felt it was "me" against the world. As usual he managed to help me get things into perspective and I went to bed happy !:p

Pat- Well considering my big girl and I had some serious differences this weekend I wasn't doing much but feeling very disappointed in her but thank god she came to her senses and called me last night and apologized so things are much better now.

Loc: I feel for you, we have a 17 year old boy here and there are times, I really wonder what planet he fell off !! Now, I know girls are moody and flighty, but mark my words, so are BOYS! I honestly do not think it matters what sex they are, I think teenagers in general are imported from a foreign universe, designed to make us feel old and to hurt our feelings...LOLOLOL..Last night I made the fatal mistake of asking my son how his best friends search for the perfect car was going, (his grandparents are paying for it) (We the wicked parents from hell,make him make his own car payments) Anyway I said Hey did you hear Aaron is getting a 2002 Firebird?? Innocent enough right?? His teenage response?? Yes and I do not want to talk about it, it makes me sick...WELLLLLLLLLLLLLLL excuse me...teenagers are so wonderful.. Liz; We are considering Christmas time, but not 100% sure. Depends on work etc. Also on the teenagers social calender lolol. I am so glad your headaches are gone, how weird is that, vitamins, this has worked for so many people!! Folks who have been on precription meds even!! Glad you are doing so well!! Coreen- It is so nice to find support from women who understand our situations. I tell you, 10 years ago, my loved one asked me to marry him. But because I was scared and nervous to get married in a prison and because I felt I had no support. I said no. I married someone else who turned out to be an abusive monster. Thank goodness he is now my ex-husband. But at the end of that dark path, there was the one man that always made me feel safe. He has changed from a dumb, young kid to a more loving, respectful man. He just proposed to me last month during our visit and you know what? I have no doubts or fears this time. So you'll know when it's right. Just keep having faith.

ok is it a full moon or what because I have been on the phone all morning with people complaining about one thing or another!!! I think I need a drink of something!!! Just needed to vent really quick before I head back into the pit!! LOL!!!!

How are you guys doing today? I'm doing ok, I need a recharge luckily I'm only about 24 hours away from seeing my love. Yes, you could say I'm spoiled. I was really spoiled this weekend with a 4 day visit and I feel like this has been the longest 3 days ever. :confused: For those of you that don't get to visit, I feel you too, I was in that boat for a long time. I can empathize with you and I don't forget the days of no mail, no phone calls, no visits and no contact. But believe me, what doesn't break you makes you stronger. ;)

lol...no im not going to be beat you or el...charlie said that hes been tryin to get me prego but..i have a very VERY irregular period, so its not that easy for me to get pregnant. but i will take some meds, my dad brought home from mexico. thats what my sister took and look shes a proud parent! we will see...im praying for all of us!

Coreen - once you get over the fact you're getting married in prison, it turns into a very exciting time. Like Liz and because of Liz, I too had a paper rose bouquet and did the garter thing and wore white and had the something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue. The minister that marries you is a wonderful man and makes the experience wonderful. So, if you decide to do it you won't regret it. Don't hold your breathe for a family visit any time soon thereafter, however. We've been waiting 7 weeks already.

Howdy ho, stopping in trying to get the cobwebs outta my head. Lordy, I cannot believe how tired I am on a Saturday after a grueling week at the office. I was up early to get nails and toes done, then off to get the little one more shots, and then eyebrows waxed. So need to get the car washed as that commute to the central valley and the bugs really does a number on the grill and windshield. I can't even see the road there's so many splat marks, but all I could do was crawl home about 1:00p and lay down. The little hubby called and it was good to hear his voice. Seems like forever since I last saw him, but it's only been a week. I've been wrestling with the idea of going to go tomorrow since I can't stand this distance, but I so need to cut back on expenses and I have several hours of office work I need to get done or be real sorry I didn't. What a stinking dilema. He'll call again tonight so I'll see what he thinks.

Loca, too cool the Jess man is a tattoo artist. Wish he could do one for me! I've been a chicken liver all my life, but have been thinking about one lately. I sure hope they place him somewhere real soon. So not fair to have to spend all that time away from privileges. Yeah, everything we have to go through is not fair since we didn't do anything, but such is life and we knew the sacrifices going in. I have to continually remind myself of that when I get real down like I have been this past month. I think a lot of it is because I am so stressed about work thinking they'll get rid of me if I can't get all the work done, but so far they are very understanding because they know they pile it on. Still, I'm so used to being on top of my game that it makes it worse and makes me think I'm a failure. I know better than that, and yet I let it get to me. At least I'm losing some weight I think because all of a sudden my clothes are fitting better! :thumbsup: :haha: As I always say -- better than a sharp stick in the eye! :slap:

Hi all, Hey Loc!! Nowhere this weekend, we have been so busy at work, it is so unreal as you either sit and look at the non ringing phone, ORRRRRRRRR you run your legs off and go nuts in the office!! It is nuts right now...I hate to complain because as long as you are busy you are making money or at least have the chance to....

Q & All; You are gonna fall over on this one!! I am a neat freak, I hate dirt, and have a major weak stomach!! so I am running a bit late for work, I am hurrying, I run in the bathroom turn on the tub, strip, then run into the guest room closet to grab clothes for work, Now I am stark naked..I run in there and step in DOG POOP, yes honest to god, my husbands lab pooped in there, now I have dog poop between the toes on my right foot I am gagging, hobbling and hopping to the bathroom to wipe it off, I turn off the tub, open the drain to let the water out do I can wash my foot off..turn around and hit my left foot on the corner of the wall and tub, BROKE (i assume as it is now purple and black with a little yelow) my toe next to my little toe, plus split the toe nail from top to bottom..I am now crying, gagging and bleeding with dog poop between my toes........was not a good way to start my day!! This dog in the full year we have had him has never done this.....so on top of being swamped, I am handicapped with a hurt toe lololo, what a big baby I am!!

Thought you could use a laugh!! It was not funny when it happened..but it is funny now!!

Messaging System For Inmates
I just wanted to let you know about the messaging program for inmates. I know there has been some discussion about prisoners being able to send messages to family. I received an email last night from Carswell in Fort Worth asking if I wanted to communicate with an inmate that I know. I just wanted to let you see what the email looks like. There is also a link at the bottom of the post that says it will give you more information.

Liz- You know what after reading your post I have to agree that no matter what we all have something to be grateful for ! Even though I can't have my love right here in my arms the fact that he loves me and I love him is truely a blessing that I thank God for each and every day! My heart definatley goes out to those who lost loved ones on 9/11!

As for me, my weekend was busy. I went to a job fair on Saturday and it was so much fun. The company is so laid back and a little unconventional. The interview process was not the typical one-on-one interview. It was more like "speed interviewing". I'm sure you've heard of "speed dating", same thing, we each had 5 minutes with one person and then a bell went off and we moved on to the next. They also seem to take care of their employees. So I'm hoping and praying that they will call me.

Hi, girlies! I hope your week started off swell. I felt pretty good today so I was glad to have the weekend off though I miss my husband so much. Today is 9/11 and it hit me like a ton of bricks. I felt so bad for those who lost loved ones this day 5 years ago and today pretty much started my difficulties 5 years ago. I am alive to talk about it, have my health, never lost my house and have a husband now so things aren't that bad. There are always others worse off than me and I pray for all of us every day.

Liz - thank you for always being positive. You are an inspiration for sure.

Loca - you're my girl and may you always have sunshine and rainbows.

El - thank you for all your info with family visiting. I actually found hairspray with no alcohol, but it's not in a clear bottle so I wonder if he'll let me bring it in.

Hello - hope you all had a swell day. I'm beat as usual and trying to make up my mind whether to stay home and work tomorrow morning or go to a company wide meeting at the Shoreline Amphitheater. No matter how many hours a day I work, I'm always behind.

Loca - no, no family visiting date yet. Just hanging out waiting impatiently! :yes: I've totally lost it and figure I'll probably get a date March 3rd which is the last date I could possibly get one before his 60 days before release kicks in. I think everything is affecting me because I'm so stressed and tired. I tried writing last night with my old keyboard and tried inserting a new pic of the dog and was deleting it because I put the wrong one in and promptly deleted the whole letter! First letter I'd written in a couple of weeks. My poor baby. Throw in the fact I sent money to him a month ago and he filled out his canteen list and they rejected it saying there was no money. I checked Jpay and my credit card and they took the money out and sent it. Also, he's been out of his thyroid, blood pressure and vitamins for nearly two weeks now and they're playing games saying they gave them to him a week ago. How he keeps his cool is beyond me, but he's a saint when it comes to anything. I just hope he doesn't have a stroke because he's such an over exercising, ball playing fool and I know he pushes way too hard. I would probably die myself if I had to take care of two stroke victims just like my mother did taking care of my dad.

Okay, enough doom and gloom!

Liz - do you think they'd let me bring in a clear spray bottle? The hair spray is unopened. I haven't opened it on purpose so they would let me bring it in. At this point I'm clueless on whether the stuff I would have to bring in will be allowed and will just deal with whatever they want to do.

Hey, Pat! Yonkie left me a present in the kitchen this morning after being so good over the weekend, and before I could pick it up -- I stepped in it! :haha: Almost broke my foot it was so hard! He must have done it right when I left this morning. He's growing up so much. Tonight he finally figured out how to jump off the bed. Can't jump back up so he's been driving me nuts wanting to be brought up again and he's getting too big for me to grab his wiggly butt with one hand. He's such a joy though so you gotta love him!

Sherri - I was real picky with the job hunting too, but after 4 months I was fearful I wouldn't be able to sustain my lifestyle so took temp work. I hope you fair better. I don't know about your neck of the woods, but our jobs are mostly contract/temp work. I hate that so much.

Jo - good to see you in here. So sorry I had to miss the dinner. I hope to make the next one.

Our Son Patrick, has asked us to work part time for us and learn Real Estate, frankly we were shocked, never dreamed he would want to learn Real Estate. His new Girlfriend is from a very hardworking family and we love her!! Life at home has been great, we are truly blessed. Our son has been dealing with his birth mother abandoning him again, without even a phone call, so we have been dealing with those issues, plus the injuries from his accident, MRI yesterday, no results from that yet... Hugs to everyone!! No more Yorkie pooh for me, seems to be making the rounds as it is now at Q's house!! Wonder who will be next??

Hi everyone! Hope you all are doing good. I stayed busy running errands all day and I'm beat. I had reprints and enlargements made of the photo we took at our visit. I can't believe it's already been four weeks. But now I have a nice family photo of us to look at until I see him again. And he has been sending me lots of letters and cards which helps a lot. I also got a call back for a second interview. I'm excited, my job search might come to a happy ending. I'll know next Tuesday after my interview.


Liz- Sorry you are having such a rough week. But guess what??? The weekend is almost here! And a visit will fix everything. :)

Pat- Didn't watch Survivor. I got caught up watching Grey's Anatomy last night. I did get hooked on Big Brother though. I'm so glad the show's season is over, I got glued to the TV when it was on. :p

Well, today I plan on getting the kids ready for the first day of school. My kids are on track out here and start on Monday. So I got a nice little break because they spent a month in California with their aunt and uncle. But now it's back to a loud and crazy house, but I like it. ;) Nothing like the joy of children laughing ( and fighting with each other :p ).

I also need to sit down and write my honey. He writes me nearly every day so I need to catch up. Hopefully soon I'll be able to receive his calls and hear his voice. And you know I'm counting down the days when I get to see him again. I'm aiming for Thanksgiving weekend but for sure in December! :thumbsup:

Then I Made The Right Choice And Married My One And Only And No Regrets 9 Years We Have Been Married And He Has Been Gone For Almost 4 Years And I Admit It Has Been Hard But I Also Am Very Blessed.:)

He and I were so young and I tried to hang in there but it was hard. :( I had friends getting married and starting families and no one understood what I was going through. Hi kids! Glad to see everyone's doing swell. What a week and it seems like forever since I've seen my husband. I'll be so glad to see him tomorrow for sure.

Hope you all get lots of cards/letters and phone calls if you're not able to visit. I'm spoiled rotten with the letters/cards and phone calls. Good thing because I've been so busy I've hardly been able to write. That is weird since up until I started this new job I wrote every single day. Oh well, all my work is for him so he understands.

I don't have a real big family and what I do have is pretty screwed up. We had so much fun Saturday I can't tell you the last time I felt like that. After we spent 3 1/2 hours at the restaurant I took my baby girl and she got the tattoo. I chose a winnie the pooh for her and it came out soooo cute and even though she didn't wait for her dad to come home she let me pick it out so I think he'll be ok with that. :p

I've been busy today so I'm just now catching up on emails and stuff. So I thought I would stop in and say a quick hello.

Well, I got some good news. I had my 2nd interview today and I can definitely say I got the job. He said he was really impressed with me and would definitely love to have me work for the company! What can I say, I made sure I "shined" during the interview. :thumbsup: Of course, they sent me on my drug test and are doing the usual background check. And since I know I'm clean as a whistle I'm all set. So I'm doing the happy dance :dance:. And just chillin' until October 23rd which is my start date. :cool:

Liz- I know how you feel. I've been there before when there is that one person who seems to pick at your nerves so bad you would change your life to get away from it. Just remember that you work to take care of you and your loved ones. At the end of the day you have the satisfaction of knowing you work hard and you are surrounded by loved ones who appreciate you. But for that difficult co-worker, they go home probably still difficult and maybe unhappy. The joy of it all is at the end of the day, that person doesn't have to go home with you. Hang in there, but if you feel like a change for the better, maybe post your resume with other places. Have you posted your resume on Monsters.com? Then employers can find you without you having to search.

Again, hang in there and I'll keep you in my prayers and thoughts.

LIZ- I KNOW IT CAN BE HARD TO WORK WITH DONKEYS BUT IF YOU CAN STICK IT OUT I KNOW HOW GOOD THE FRIDAY VISITS ARE THE BEST DAY :) . BUT SOMETIMES IT IS NOT A BAD IDEA TO PUT SOME RESUMES OUT. Isn't amazing how that happens? I am sure that your husand felt that you needed to talk to him. It has happened to me more than once. One time it made me cry...I desperately wanted to talk to my husband, I was at work and having a bad day so I deceided to write him. As I am typing the letter about how much I wanted to talk to him...guess what...yup he called!! :D

speaking for myself you are right that has happened to me to i wish for the phone to ring and it does or i will write a letter about a bad week and with in a day or so i will get a letter about how crappy his week was crazy:hmm: how that is.

That happens to me too! Sometimes I'll write about something and before I know he gets the letter, I'll get a letter from him about the same thing. That's how we know we are soulmates and meant to be together. We think alike and know how the other one is feeling, even without speaking. :cool:

Sheri and All; been so busy, have been dealing with the office thing and just because we need something else to do, my father in law showed up last friday ill, we took him to emergency, so there he sits in the hospital with pheumonia and now they say it is alzheimers, we are just sick about it, so we are dealing with getting him set up, it difficult at best. Spending time with him 2 to 3 times a day...The hospital has called us in the middle of the night cause he was packed and walking out the door, so we are trying learn as much as we can about this dreaded disease. Think positive thoughts for us a say a prayer for a very kind 89 yr old man.

Well, it looks like I'm all by myself this weekend. But I hope you ladies enjoy your weekend and visits. But I will share my good news with you all anyway. I finally got my phone set up so I can get calls from my guy! :yay: :dance: :hifive: :clap: :beer: :D :p :love: :drool: :thumbsup: Can you tell I'm a bit excited?!? Of course, I won't get that first call for a couple of weeks. I have to write him to let him know, but it's been taking about 9 days on the average for him to get my letters. :confused: :blah: Oh well, it's a good thing we think alike so we can sorta stay on the same page with our thoughts. Although, I don't think I can send him a mental message to let him know he can call me now. ;) :p :ha: :hmm: :haha: lol
He can just continue to shower me with cards and letters for now until I hear his voice. :p

Hi Pat thanks for being there for me ! You know the last time I spoke to him he said that they were waiting to figure out where to transfer him to but still they haven't said anything?? Its a good thing my man is patient and won't give up and he keeps me going with all the letters and cards for now. Hope you all have a great weekend. Mine is going good so far. Think my daughter is going to help me dye my hair tomorrow..you know gotta wash that gray out !:p

Pat- Glad to hear you are holding things down with the rest of us weekenders. And at dinner time yesterday, I think the little munchkins only heard noise and none of the words coming out of my mouth. Tonight was much better, they ate what I made them. It was my reward for spending the afternoon at the park with them. :p

Loc- Those pesky grays! :blah: My baby boy came up to me and pointed out one gray hair the other day. Guess it's about that time for me to color my hair too!;)

Pat- I meant to ask you, how is your father in law doing? I'll keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Loc; Are they going to transfer him to another location or another area there at MC?? Wow I cannot imagine how tough this must be on you!! What color are you going to wash the gray away with?? lolol I really like the 10 minute high demension by Revlon, used Loreal for many years, yes years, Have been fighting gray for a lonnnnnnng time lololo! But the high demension works so fast it fits my time line!! And really covers my grey!! I hope your honey gets out of there SOON!! Best to you girl!! How is your daughters Pooh doing?

Sheri: You know my kids used to crack me up, I could just look in their beautiful eyes and see them thinking (as I am lecturing them) BLA BLA BLA da bla....when they finally had kids..their kids are doing it to them and I LOVE IT!! Remember, there is a god!! lololo

Sheri; Thanks, he is really doing well, they are rethinking their diagnosis as he is getting better, he is only confused and forgetful at NIGHT now they still have him on IV steroids and antibiotics for the pneumonia and he is breathing better..so they have had him a week now and think that they may keep him another week before we even talk about the next step!! The nurses say Sundowners, but the doctors do not want to discuss that yet...Thank god my sister in law is coming on Tuesday for a vacation and will be here to help her dad!! Had his house cleaned and his carpets cleaned this past week, so I feel like I did something!! We have some fabulous young Mennonite gals here who clean homes and are terrific!! They only charge $10 an hour and they work like machines!! I love them!! I had her in last week to clean all my woodwork, doors, floor molding, ceiling crown, plus dust everything, do floors, bathrooms and vacuum and it only cost me $55!!! They are amazing!! I am not sure I worked that fast even at their age!!

Wow $55 and they did a good job. That's pretty good. I'm a bit obsessive with cleanliness. When I stayed with my sister I cleaned her house spotless. I think it freaked her out. But she is the total opposite. She is a clutter bug and I'm the neat freak. Go figure.

Pat- Thanks. I really didn't want to take a picture that day. :rolleyes: But I gave in. I owed him since it took me 10 years to visit him. Our 18th anniversary of the day we first met is coming up on Sept 30th. :p Wow I never really knew anyone that long before. I'm happy that it is him. We've come full circle you know. And we've learned from past mistakes and now we have a much greater respect and love for one another. Funny how the longer path taken leads to something worth waiting for. ;)
