The DA issued a pertective order on me with my man but never sent me papers to ket me know that he issued one. (My man told me about it when he got served in court) Does anyone know what it is exactly? And am I abel to take my kids to see him?

RMDILUV - Sorry no-one got back to you on this. The protective order will normally forbid him to have any contact with you - by letter, phone, email, third-person or face-to-face. If you're wanting the kids to visit, you'll probably have to have someone else take them. I gotta say, though, if he acts like that, why do you want to expose your kids to more of it? He will only poison their minds and lives.

DO NOT let the kids see him until you find out if THEY are listed on the protection order. Where I work, it's policy to add anyone in the home to the protection order, along with the victim. In your case, we would've added the children. Double check first.
