Does anyone know of a lifer's support group?
My man was recently sentenced in Michigan, and while at Reception, was told of a group called "Max for Life". Now that he's at his permanent facility: Bellamy Creek, MI; they say there's no such group.
I don't know if that group exists or not... but there is a lifers forum here at PTO also... check there to find out what type of information is available for you.

Hello and welcome to PTO. I hope you find the support group you are looking for. But in the mean time please feel free to post here and look for support in our forum!
We'd love to have you as a lifer member!

Hi Saylah!
I searched via google but I could not find anything, which does not mean ther eis no such thing in Michigan, but they may nogt have a website or mentioning.
Did the entrance prison or jail in Michigan not have a contact address for him? Maybe you could call them or the pastor?
I support a lifer in Michigan in Carson City, and I have not heard him mention it. But when you find out more, let us know, thank you!
