Thanks for the info Sherri!

Now, since the the death penalty is supposed to help lower crime rates, is there any proof that the crime rates in the states that don't have the death penalty are higher than the states that do have the death penalty? What I am saying is I don't believe this argument is really an argument!!! There is never a reason to justify the state sanctioned killing of another human being.
