Can inmated recieve birthday card or just plain letters?

Yes, they can recieve any kind of cards. I have sent my fiance many of them.

Some facilities won't allow cards with glitter on them & stuff of that nature. I would probably try & call Bibb and ask about it (just to make sure).

while my husband was at Bibb, he was able to recieve just about any type of card, only once did they return one, and it was one of those that play's a song...i was testing them (!!!)..they past..

my son has been at bibb since febuary. they can receive cards and photographs {no polaroids} and his girls send drawings.just don't put anys stickers on anything,and that includes address lables.
