what is the faith dorm? What does that mean?

The faith dorm is much better, much calmer...and christian based, than the other dorms. They have different rules and if not followed they will be moved out of that dorm. Noise levels are a lot lower and there is a since of more trust.

is faith dorm the F dorm because if it is that is where myfriend is

I am not sure, hopefully someone that has someone in bibb will come along and will know if that is the faith dorm.

can anyone give any advice on how to get my son into the faith dorm ?he has applied and he says that even tho there are about 30 empty beds, the chaplain has not put anyone in there. also , does anyone know the name of the chaplain?

my son is at bibb, and yes f dorm is the faith dorm. my son is trying to get in there. how did your friend get in and how long did it take?

I don't know mom, but I will ask him, because i think when i first start writting him he was in dorm a and I think about six months ago he moved to F. But he has been there for over 7 years at Bibb! I think pretty soon he will be going to work release.

Im thankful that he is there because the other dorms are much more dangerous.When he was in the D dorm some inmates from another prison were shipped there and they had a problem with the Arian members in there of which my fiance had no part in because he is not prejudiced at all and a peaceful person who tries to get along with everyone but because his bunk was above one of the members they snuck up on them one night and beat them up and hit my fiance in the head with a lock. That was when he was transfered to the faith dorm. Thank God!!!

how wonderful for your fiance! can you give me the name of the chaplain? my son at bibb is trying to get into that dorm.he is achristian, and as you probably know,christains have a hard time there.i wrote to warden price and told her that there are other inmates ther who mean him harm,but i found her to be totaly indifferent. can your fiance give any advice? richie is in dorm b.

Kenny spent many days at Bibb and so did a close friend of mine (not Kennys) but with both of them, to get into the Faith Dorm, I BELIEVE others already their have the say so over who lives with them. As we all know inmates have control over things like this than warden, etc. My advice to you and your son would be that he attempt to "win over someone that is already in the faith dorm" there are other requirements as well, i believe at some point all faith dorm inmates at bibb must teach/attend christian classes. And of course they all have "job" within the dorm as well...i believe this allows the dorm to be more "peaceful" and less problems than general dorms..just the way i understand it to work.
