I don't really know what you are asking here Tina. By reading other posts of yours I know he is up for parole soon. I think that is the judge's final decision. I think the decision is based on a number of different things...the crime, the prior history, how he did in prison, etc. I know you miss him, I think everyone on PTO misses their loved one. Hang in there and hope for the best.
