I'm visiting osmebody at VSPW this Saturday. The last time I went there all the women were wearing light blue. I understand now it 's white? Does anybody know? Gotta plan the wardrobe you know. Nothing agianst Friends Outisde, bless them, but if I could plan the proper colors, it would save time. VSPW is the most bureaucratic place I've had to deal with. Takes FOREVER to be processed.

The woman I'm visitng seemed to have been moved a lot since she was sent there. I'm not sure she received my letter saying that I was coming. She didn't write back saying it was okay. Hate that. If she did get the letter, I wouldn't wnat to disappoint her. If she didn't, she may not be ready for a visit and that could be unsettling.

Nothing to be done about it I suppose. It's all good. In he end the blossom is beautiful.

I am a regular visitor at VSPW and the inmates have always worn some form of blue, either the light blue shirt or white shirt with blue sleeves. Don't wear blue or else you won't get in. Also, they have added a "pre-processing" table in the lobby so that people who have wardrobe problems, birth certificate problems, etc. so they are fixed before they get to the counter. It rarely takes over an hour to get processed now. And if she's been moved they are supposed to get her mail to her regardless of where she is moved to.
