My husband is at FCI Fort Woth and every time the damn guard chage quarters,the rules seem to change! Or apply to only certin people.The guard up front at the moment doesn't really like my husband.So he gives a hard time about what i wear don't wear.And seem to make up rules as they come in.The other day they made everyone wait outside till it was time.Which has never been done before.He says that it had always been that way.And that there was a sign on the door.NOT TRUE THERE NEVER WAS! But nevertheless made everyone stand out in the heat.Which that day might have been at least 102 out.Well just feelt like complaing!Thanks for listening

My husband is at Fort Worth, too. The rules there have always been inconsistant, depending on the visiting staff. It's very frustrating for the visitors. I don't care what the rules are, just make them consistant!
