My daughter is looking for her mother, who is in ChowChilla, because she has not heard from her in a while. Are the prisoners in cali allowed to view this site or what. If so, I need her mother to reply!!

Prisoners in California don't have internet access. The best thing you could do is write to her, (send a self addressed stamped envelope perhaps?) and ask her to write to you.

Your daughter should call the California inmate locator line, that number is (916)445-6713, she will need to know her moteher's full name and date of birth to receive information. Also, there are two prisons in Chowchilla, CCWF and VSPW, so you will need to know which one to write to, they will tell you that when you call the locator #. You can't send in a SASE, but you can send in a book of stamps.
