Just wanted to let you all know that Ryan asked me to marry him at our visit on Wednesday, July 30, 2003 at approximately 10 a.m!! And of course I said yes. I felt like we were acting in a scene of a love movie, because it was so sweet and romantic.
I had been waiting for him to ask me for quite some time now. Our 18 mos anniversary was July 22, so I'd say we are taking things at a reasonable rate....
Just thought I'd share my great news with everyone, will keep you posted on what happens next!

Congrats. I remember when I got married to the love of my life. I know prison is not really a nice place to say your I do's but all I was thinking is that we love each other and it doesn't matter where we are at as long as we're together. They even let us say our own vows. We even had the C.O crying. All in all it was beautiful. Once again, Congrats. I wish you the best.

Thank you all for the support! I'm not real sure when our big day is going to be, he's still a high escape risk so once that is lowered, we'll go from there! I'll most definately keep everyone posted on when our wedding will be :)
