Im am new to this forum.. can anyone help me on the proceedures for visitation to FPC in Yankton SD?

You should be able to find all the info you need on the bop.gov web site. I tried to include the link but I got a message that I haven't made enough posts to include a url. So I guess I'll have to tell you how to get there! Go to bop.gov and click on facility locator. Type in Yankton and then click on visitor information. It will take you to a pdf with all the info.
