Is there anyone that can give me an idea on any laws pasted to help my daughter's, father's case? Is there anything that i can do? He illegally re-entered after being deport and now he has been indited. He has a felony befor however, he has been here since 1969 when he was only a month old. Can Reagan's amnesty law apply? Are there any others like that? How can i find out if his first order of deportation was illegal or legal? Please someone help me!

I definetly know what your going thru. My husband was also deported once and he re-entered the Us and is now in federal custody. I have alot of the very same questions u have! Hopefully some one will give us some good advice huh. In the mean time we can sympathize with each other.
