my husband appeal was granted through the applette court about 3 weeks ago,last week his lawyer said they are now requesting his breif :) he also said this is a good thing :D this is moving alot faster than we thought in hopes that thay will say time served as he entered into a plea of 2 years and has served almost 4 prayers are needed for his release
