Hi all!

I've been watching this forum for a while, and would like to introduce myself. I'm a 30 year old attorney based out of Atlanta, and I am very interested in helping those being railroaded by the UCMJ. While I can't fly all over the world to rescue one of your loved ones, I would gladly do all I can locally to help the case, or in certain situations the appeal. I am a zealous advocate, and believe that our servicemen and servicewoman, deserve at least the same protections, and excellent counsel that civilians do. I am a former Prosecutor and Public Defender, so I know my way around a courtroom. If you need my help, plese private message me.

Good Luck!
Kevin

I hope you will be able to help many people in your life, it is the best feeling to know you have helped someone. My son is beyond your help, A inmate at the Lejeune Brig for almost 3 years now. He is up for parole in September, this is the second time. He was denied in November of 05 because they said he didn't serve his minimum sentence. We found that to be a mistake in the calcultion (sailing factor?) and the only thing they said they could do was to get him another parole date and say they were sorry.
Like many other he was a good kid that did a stupid thing. I know he will do great things when he is released but it is ashamed he lost so many years.
Good Luck in your work,
Mombert
