My boyfriend is on the list to be put into the SATP program. His parole hearing is September 27 and the program is 90 days long. Therefore he probably will have to stay up until he finishes the program. Is it possible to get him set up at an outpatient clinic so he won't have to do it in prison? He is a first time, nonviolent offender. I just am trying to find some information for him so we can get through this as soon as possible.

Rainier, I would not think so. I believe it would have to be set up at the prison. He can possibly check with his counselor for more information.
