My fiance just got sent to Mack Alford if Stringtown, Ok and this weekend will be my first visit with him. I was wanting to know if there are some clothes that you can not wear. I know understand what clothes are inappropriate. See my dad was in prison in Arizona a few years back and there you could not wear tanks tops or sandles you had to wear t-shirt type shirts and tennis shoes jeans or long dresses i was just wandering if they had any thing like that here.:confused:

Hi!! I just went to my first prison visit Sunday (7/3/06). My husband is at J.C.C.C. in Helena, OK. I wore demin capri pants, a red old navy t-shirt, and tennis shoes. I had no problems getting in. You are right no flip-flops or like gray, white, or black t-shirts. No blue chambaray. I think this dress code maybe posted on the Oklahoma Department of Corrections website. If you are ever uncertain call the prison and ask them what is allowed. Have a great visit!!!! Take Care, CoCo
