Hi everyone. I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about the mail & phone call policies at SCI-Greene? My fiance has been there since last Thursday and his mom has only gotten 1 phone call from him and i've only gotten one letter [which he apparently sent immediately when he got in there]. I've sent him 4 letters since but gotten none in return and we haven't gotten any phone calls either. I know yesterday was a holiday but still. Does anyone know anything about Greene and why this may be? maybe help ease my mind a little, because i'm seriously going crazy over here. :(

He was probably given one courtesy call from his counselors office. It takes about a week to get a phone list approved and he would not be able to shop and purchase stamps immediately. Make certain he has money in his account for the phones and stamps.

oh ok. well i know there should be money in his account because he said he had $18 when they transferred him, plus i just sent him another $15 through jpay the other day. i'm just really hoping i hear from him soon.
