can anybody give me any info on this we just got our letter a few weeks ago and i am wondering do they have a time frame in which they have to act upon, does he have to go back to court can i be there

I don't know a lot about the appeals process, but some of our members do and will be be along shortly. If he goes back to court, it would be open to the public and you could attend.
