I called the parole board this morning and GW has been approved for parole.As of right now we are looking at a Aug 1 release date.My son wont even know until Weds.

Thanks to all.I am over joyed that this experience is almost over.Ever since he has been in the inmate counsel does something once a month.They did fish dinner for $10 Gw said he didnt want fish ,he didnt want a spring package and last month they did pizza.This month they were doing Ralley hamburgers 2 for 6.50.He decided he wanted the burgers.I paid for him 4 when we went to visit Sat.They are to be delivered July 22 with the way my luck runs they will release him on the 21 or he will be there for the next one in Aug.He was making plans Sat and trying to talk me out of my truck.

He had told me Sat that he would not find out until mail call Weds which is in the afternoon.I told him to call me when he gets out of class.I knew I would find out before he did.When I called the parole board Mon at first the lady told me they would not release the info until Weds but I talked her into it.This is the first time in almost a year any of us around here have felt like doing anything on a holiday.

My son called last night and they did stipulate that he had to finish satp.He was hoping they wouldnt.His PO called today its the same one.He is not going to do a home visit and he has approved GWs home plan.Gw graduates from satp Aug 29 so he will be home soon after that.
