Hi,
One more quick question
When someone is deported, is that person deported for life or can he come back legally after a few years?
What do you guys know of this?
Thanks

In the case of my son, Argentinean citizen convicted for illegal introduction of substances while entering the US as a legal tourist, he will be deported next year and will not be allowed entry for a minimum of 5 years more. This could be variable according to the level of the offense. Europe will not accept an ex-convict for a similar period. His defense attorney should have a reply for this question, because it also depends on criminal history.

Best wishes,
Andrés

Any aggravated felony committed especially when it comes to narcotics, will be banned to enter the US forever. I'm not sure if that goes for certain countries or it applies to all. Any falsification with your application to change your status or fraud committed will be banned 10 to 15 years. When he gets deported, I don't think he can come back legally here in the US unless he changes his name or use a different name.
