that was not there from what I know either, I had posted the one about marriage and packages in certain threads though. :)

That link has been on the bottom of the DOCS page for quite a while, I just think most people don't scroll down to the bottom of the page. It's certainly more current information than they have in the law libraries though. I asked my husband to get a copy of the FRP directive and the one they had in the law library was from 1993!
