A new unit has been opened at Butibika National Psychiatric Referral Hospital to treat alcohol and drug abusers. The 32 bed facility which was commissioned this week during the United Nations International Day against Alcohol, Drug Abuse, and Illicit Trade will be providing its services free of charge to the patients.
