Can someone explain a projected release date/sentence to me please:confused: My Sweetheart's PRD is 6/22/06. He's being released to a halfway house for a term of six months. But he has a sentence of 121 months of which he has served 8 years. He says he'll be home in six months:confused:

I'll read what judge imposed: "Deft is hereby committed to the BOP for a term of 121 mos. on count one. Upon release from imprisonment the deft is placed on supervised release for a term of five years. No fine imposed".

One of my concerns is that he got into a fight and was in the hole prior to transfer to FCI-Beckley:mad: :rolleyes: Well, doesn't that effect whether or not he will be eligible to go to a halfway house? Halfway House isn't included in the sentence from what I am reading:confused: directly from the court docket. Bop webpage still states a PRD of 6/22/06

Can someone share, if knowledgeable, what requirements will he need to meet before being discharged from halfway house? Does anyone know if he can leave the state upon serving the time(6months) in the halfway house or does he have to remain in the state of Kentucky:confused: for a specified amount of time?

In terms of living arrangements--what must be done in order to submit a homeplan? He wishes to move to Georgia, where I live.
