My b/f had mentioned it to me about them being able to get grants (or loans...don't remember exactly) for school or for opening up a business. He was telling me about a bunch of stuff but I didn't know if it was for real or not. He gave me a page he tore out of a magazine that had some websites on them that he told me to look them up and see if I could find any info about it. I couldn't find anything but I haven't looked very hard yet. The programs are called Ready4Work and Welfare Peer Technical Assistance Network. The sites are:
