I've been a penpal with Dennis McKelvey 89B1525 for almost a year. He was at Fishkill and then was moved Christmas 2005 to Green Haven. I haven't heard from him since January 2006 and he always writes back. Can anyone help me find out if he is OK or if he has been parolled?:confused: :help:

According to NY DOCS website http://nysdocslookup.docs.state.ny.us, he is in Green Haven and is not eligible for parole until 5/08. It is odd that he was at Fishkill, a medium facility, and then transferred to Green Haven, a max. That is going backwards so if I were you I would be wondering why his security level was changed.
