When a prisoner moves from a class 4 to class 3, how much time is taken off their TE Date? Is it a specific amount or does it depend on certain issues?

I have one more question, okay so my bf moved up to class three yesterday, they forgot to move him up the week before, which really doesn't shock me because I quickly learned how messed up the system is. But anyways, so I got a call from that VINE program and he is scheduled for parole hearing on September 27. I also checked ADOC and his release date is now Dec 5. My question is, what is the september 27 thing for exactly? I don't understand all these PE/TE dates!

go by what vine told you Franks parole date acording to ADOC is nov but he and vine both told me it was aug.

Thanks! His TE date should move up again in 30 days or so but since he will be starting the SATP program he will have to stay at least the initial 60 days so I'm not sure he will make the early kick out which I was really hoping for. Plus his dad is talking to the warden about his initial disciplinary which was within his initial 30 days and was bull. This system drives me nuts!
