:) My son finally came home on June 22nd. I tried to get on here to tell everyone, but my account was messed up for a while. We drove all that night & got lost a few times, but we were there at 6:30 AM. Of course no one gets out that early, so we slept in the car for awhile. Went back in at 8:30 & they said it would still be a while longer & befor we could get out the door they brought him out. We hugged & he said "Hurry & lets get out of here before they change thier mind." I would've like to see them try it they would have had one mad mom & dad. Its the most wonderful feeling in the world to walk out of that place with your child (Lunenburg) & know no one can stop you. Alls right with the world, for these past few weeks anyway. We talked all the way home. First thing he did in the front seat of my littttttle car is change out of all his prison garb & get his own clothes on. He looked like a whole new person. He's been home for almost a month & has a job & gets his drivers licence back as soon as we get a new birth certificate. I'm sure he's had a lot to adjust to, but he seems to handle it well. We had a family picnic this past Saturday & it was a great day. I just wanted to say thanks to all the people that opened thier hearts & told thier stories & to all the advice they gave on how to help me deal with prison life for me & my son. I'm sad for all those who have to wait a long time on thier loved ones. I don't know how you do it & still find time to encourage others. I'll keep in touch & let you know how things go, I won't forget just because I have mine. Thanks again :)
