Hi to all you people who have loved ones in an SCI in Pennsylvania. The "Good Time Bill" H.B. #1121 is stuck in legislation. If everyone who lives in Pa. starts to bombard your legislature to pass this bill, maybe some of our families can get out sooner. It will have to cut time for alot of people. If only we could get it done retroactive. My man is in Smithfield and I live in N.J. My voice doesn't count . It has to be residents of Pa.
