Greetings everyone! Does anyone know how long it takes to receive mail from DVI these days? Also, can inmates receive books (from publisher) in reception?

My fiance is on the mainline at DVI now (mail takes 3days) but he said when he was in reecption it was taking anywhere from 1-2weeks to reach him. You can call the mail room and ask what you can send and also how far they are backed up.
