There have been PTO members who have records who have been allowed to visit. I think it depends on the status, if you are still on supervision and the nature of the crime. I think a denial can be revisited or appealed. It seems to depend on the warden. You have to be scrupulously honest on the visitor form.

If you are on supervision, you also have to have the permission of your P.O., in writing to the BOP. Z.
